WADDEN SEA (Schiermonnikoog, NL)
You like to design temporary or seasonally buildings. You like to design a dynamic structure in the dynamic landscape of the tidelands. You like to design flexible shapes which fits perfectly in the sensitive landscape of the coastline. You have a dream of appealing tourism  which really adds something to the existing campsite and the cozy B&B’s on the island. You like to work in an international group of students and you love mud hiking. Than you should join this track.

Design week 09.05 - 12.05 2016

In  the design week you will work in mixed groups of international students. You’ll use the design week to look carefully at the area and the specific characteristics of the island. You’ll apply your formulated design principles on the given location and you’ll make a concept design for a touristic domestication. You’ll present your concept to experts who are familiar with the island. To understand better the Wadden Sea  we will start this design week by walking to the island (mud hiking). On the island we will stay on the camping on Schiermonnikoog, so you need to bring a tent.
